The Whimsical Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is incorporated by reference into the Whimsical Terms of Service, Master Services Agreement, SaaS Services Agreement, and our Privacy Notice. You do not need to sign our DPA if you’ve agreed to our Terms of Service or SaaS Services Agreement and our Privacy Notice.
