Whimsical connector for Grok
Grok connects to Whimsical through our MCP server, so you can generate and edit boards — flowcharts, mind maps, sequence diagrams, and wireframes — directly from a conversation using natural-language prompts.
Connectors are available to all Grok users. On Grok Business and Enterprise, a team admin needs to provision the connector in the cloud console before members of the organization can use it.

Whimsical isn't in Grok's connector catalog yet, so you'll add it as a custom MCP connector:
- Go to grok.com/connectors
- Click New Connector, then select Custom
- Enter the Whimsical MCP server URL:

- Complete the Whimsical OAuth sign-in when prompted
Grok will discover the tools the server exposes and make them available in conversations, the same as its built-in connectors. All you need is a Whimsical account.
